The packaging was opened and the serum was leaked inside as if it was open before! Been using arbutin for past 2 years and it never smelled like this specific one (a weird cow’s dungish) Had submitted a complaint on thr WhatsApp but all they had to say was we promise it’s not opened!!! Medoget’s service is now going down hill!!!! Better opt for skinstore or skinfit!
